Kerry and Jack Kribbs will facilitate a marvelous new class, "Graceful Aging,” beginning March 14th from 6:30-7:30 pm in the Christian Forum Room.
You are invited to learn more about how to help family and friends “age gracefully." Our relatives and friends are living longer than ever; they want to remain active and connected with others, and have a good quality of life. How can we lovingly help? What challenges do we share?
We’re interested in knowing what topics would be helpful to you and your loved ones along this journey. Possible topics include:
What spiritual nurturing do our aging family members need?
How can we help meed medical healthcare needs?
What emotional and mental health matters should concern us?
How can we approach tricky conversations about driving, where to live, etc?
What community resources are available?
What legal and financial issues need figuring out now?
We hope you will attend the brainstorming class on Wednesday, March 14th to learn more and help shape the class curriculum.
