Lessons & Carols 4:00pm, prelude music begins at 3:30 A Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols tells the story of Jesus through scripture readings and sacred music including some of our beloved Advent carols.
December 21 Longest Night Service Tuesday, 6:00pm December 21, the day of the winter solstice, is the day with the least amount of daylight and the longest night in the calendar year. On this night we gather for a solemn worship service. This service is sometimes called a Blue Christmas service because the holiday season can be difficult, especially for those who have experienced grief and loss.

Pick up a copy of Barbara Brown Taylor's book Learning to Walk in the Dark, and join in one of three Advent book discussions. A limited number of books are available from the church for $13 (bring cash or a check to the church office).
20 kits available for reservation and can be picked up in mid-November.
Home Advent wreaths are comeplete with 5 votive candles, one for each week of Advent and another as the Christ candle in the middle. Light the candles of your wreath while you read the weekly devotional material, or while watching live streamed worship services.
Ideas and instructions for putting together your own Advent wreath at home will also be available.
